Pools
The Pools will be announced on facebook approximately a week prior to the tournament.
We can only accept a maximum of 30 teams split up between Bishopscup and Cindy’s Trophy. The spots are filled up on a first come, first serve basis. Remember that a registration is not official until we receive your full payment.
Event Schedule
Friday 6/15/2018 | 4.00 pm - 11.00 pm: Check-In at the tournament office on site (if you arrive earlier or later than that, please let us know). 7.00 pm - 1.00 am: Welcome Party (Location will be announced prior to the tournament) |
Saturday 6/16/2018 | 8.00 am - 10.00 am: Breakfast 8.30 am: Referee's briefing 9.00 am: Captain's briefing (latest information for team captains) Last minute changes to the schedule are possible. Therefore we ask all teams to be at the pitch at 9 am for the captain's briefing. 10.00 am: Kick-off preliminaries 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm: "Happy hour" (buy 2 beers, get one for free) 7.00 pm: Dinner 8.00 pm - open end: Rugby party at the festival tent |
Sunday 6/17/2018 | 8.00 am - 10.00 am: Breakfast 10.00 am: Kick-off play-offs 3.00 pm: Final 24th Cindy Trophy 3.30 pm: Final 24th Bishopscup 4.30 pm: Closing Ceremony |
